14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@estradora.com. Please state all relevant details in your email, including your order number, the reason for returning the product (optional), your name and telephone number.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@estradora.com. Please state all relevant details in your email, including the reason for returning the product, your name, telephone number, and order number.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind, all delivery costs must be covered by you. You will be required to arrange and pay for your own return shipping.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For EU customers, refunds will always be processed to your original payment method as required by EU consumer protection law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (matcha powder)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@estradora.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged or defective items, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
