Estradora ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://estradora.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. 1. General Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. 2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. The price displayed at checkout will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. 3. Delivery Terms 3.1 Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours (Cyprus time), except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. 3.2 Transit Time - Cyprus (Domestic) In general, domestic shipments within Cyprus are in transit for 2-5 business days after dispatch. 3.3 Transit Time - European Union Generally, orders shipped to EU countries are in transit for 5-10 business days after dispatch. This varies depending on the destination country and courier selected. 3.4 Transit Time - International (Non-EU) Generally, orders shipped internationally outside the EU are in transit for 7-21 business days after dispatch. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected and the destination country. 4. Customs, Duties & Taxes 4.1 VAT (Value Added Tax) For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website and at checkout. No additional VAT charges will apply. 4.2 International Orders (Non-EU) For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 5. Tracking Notifications Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 6. Change of Delivery Address For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Items Out of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock. Alternatively, we can offer a partial refund for the out-of-stock items if you prefer. 8. Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at info@estradora.com so that we can conduct an investigation with the courier. 9. Parcels Damaged in Transit If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at info@estradora.com with photos of the damage and we will provide next steps. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. 10. Parcels Lost in Transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. 11. Returns For information about returns and refunds, please see our Refund Policy. 12. Cancellations For any cancellations, please contact our support service at info@estradora.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and process a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process. 13.
