Japanese Green Tea Powder. Ceremonial Grade.

Popular mix of Sencha green tea leaves, grinded into powder, and dessert mochi rice.

Matcha look-a-like but without boosting effect and less caffeined, with toasty flavor, long-lasting natural sweetnes in taste, without astringency and bitterness.

Flavor profile: green tea, light sweetnes, toasty, caramel notes.

Brewing tips: 

• use warm/hot water 80°-90°
• slowly add water to powder, mixing properly with a bamboo whisk. Whisk has to be soft, put it into hot water few min before use;
• brew it with just water, or make Genmaicha Latte;
• consume it once brewed.

Servings: 2 g powder per 1 cup.

Storage: cool, dark and dry place. 

Shelf life: 1 year before opening. Once opened, consume within the next 6 months.
