Hojicha Powder | Japanese Hojicha Tea Powder 30 g - roasted green tea, smooth and mellow, with notes of cacao, roasted nuts, and warm wood aroma. Naturally low in caffeine and perfect for calm focus or evening relaxation.

Wakoucha Powder | Japanese Black Tea Powder 30 g - rare Japanese black tea powder, rich and balanced, with deep amber color, full-bodied flavor, and natural sweetness.

Whisk Set - traditional bamboo whisk (chasen), scoop (chashaku), and spoon, all designed for smooth blending and authentic tea texture.

Whisk Holder - ceramic naoshi for maintaining the whisk’s shape and extending its life.

Brewing Tips:

Both Hojicha Powder and Wakoucha Powder are prepared the same way as matcha 

• Use warm to hot water (80–90 °C)
  
• Add 2 g of powder per cup
  
• Whisk with a bamboo whisk until smooth and creamy
  
• Enjoy hot or iced

Optional additions:

Hojicha Powder: pairs well with milk, plant milks, honey, carob syrup, vanilla, cinnamon

Wakoucha Powder: great with citrus (yuzu, lemon), honey, spices, or a splash of milk

Storage: keep in a cool, dark, dry place.

Shelf life: 1 year unopened; after opening, consume within 6 months.

Bamboo Whisk Set storage and care tips: 

• soak chasen in warm water before each use to soften bristles;
• rinse all tools with warm water and dry gently;
• always store the whisk upright on the holder to maintain shape.
