Japanese Oolong Tea - Balanced, Floral, and Deeply Layered
A rare Japanese Oolong capturing the spirit of the seasons - from fresh spring blossoms to roasted caramel warmth. This semi-oxidized tea offers a perfect harmony between green tea brightness and black tea depth, revealing layers of osmanthus, cedarwood, floral honey, and a soft lemony finish.
Handcrafted in small batches using traditional Japanese techniques, this tea is slow-roasted and gently oxidized to preserve complexity and aroma. Ideal for slow mornings, quiet afternoons, or pairing with dessert.
Flavor profile:
- mild and smooth taste;
- floral osmanthus and cedar notes;
- subtle roasted honey sweetness;
- delicate citrus finish;
- no bitterness or astringency.
Brewing tips:
- use warm water only (90°C), boiled water will make tea bitter;
- add 2g (1 tsp) per 100-120 ml water;
- steep for under 2 minutes - longer brewing will deepen the roast;
- can be re-brewed up to 2 times;
- enjoy warm or pour over ice for a refreshing version.
