MATCHA UNA | Japanese Superior Ceremonial Matcha Powder
Japanese Superior Ceremonial Matcha Powder "Una"
Una is a blend of two cultivars - yutakamidori and yabukita. Grown organically in Shizuoka and stone-milled in small batches. Yutakamidori brings deep umami and body. Yabukita brings clarity and a clean finish. Together they produce a matcha that is layered, complex, and unlike anything else in our range. Superior grade. First spring harvest. This is the one for those who already love matcha and want to go further.
