About Matcha Oka: organic green tea powder, produced from first spring harvest and suitable to be drinked as Matcha Latte or plain with water.

Characteristics: natural sweetness in aroma with fresh grassy notes, creamy and smooth texture, mild umami taste without bitterness and astringency.

About Whisk Set: authentically handcrafted from natural bamboo for Matcha tea ceremony.

Consists of chasen (whisk) and two traditional spoons. Mix tea powder with water easily in seconds, creating rich creamy foam and glance texture.

Brewing tips: 

• Traditional 1 portion of Matcha consists of 2 g tea powder, which is equal to 1 bamboo spoon or 2 chashaku scoops. 
• Soak chasen in hot water before usage, it has to be mild.
• Use only warm water for Matcha (70°).
• Brewing: firstly add powder, then water by small portions and mix it with chasen.
• Gently handwash utensils after each usage, let them dry, and keep upright.
