Japanese Sóbacha is a herbal tea made from roasted tartary buckwheat kernels. It's also known as buckwheat tea. Famous for a high nutritional value (contains 100 times more rutin than usual buckwheat), regulates blood sugar levels, and provides restful sleep. 

Suitable for consumption throughout the day, including for children and the elderly, during and after meals.

Contains no sweeteners, preservatives or artificial ingredients. Gluten- and caffeine-free.

Flavor profile: bright golden color, very aromatic nutty and oatmeal cookies aroma, with a natural sweetness.

Brewing tips: 

  • hot water (not just boiled);
  • recommended 1-2 TBSP of Sobacha per teapot, adjust by your personal preferences;
  • use ceramic or glass teapot as they don`t impart any flavor to the tea;
  • steeping time: 3-5 min;
  • enjoy hot or chilled;
  • re-brew twice.

Storage: store in a cool, dark and dry place.

Shelf life: 1 year before opening. Once opened, consume within the next 6 months.
