Sobacha is a traditional Japanese herbal tea made from roasted tartary buckwheat kernels - naturally gluten-free and completely caffeine-free. Valued for its warm nutty aroma, gentle sweetness, and calming effect, it’s a perfect companion for any time of day, even late evenings.
Tartary buckwheat is especially rich in rutin - a natural antioxidant known to support circulation and reduce inflammation. Suitable for all ages, including children and the elderly.

Flavor profile:

  • bright golden infusion;
  • toasted aroma of nuts and oatmeal cookies;
  • smooth, naturally sweet taste;
  • zero bitterness, no acidity.

Brewing tips:

  • add 4g (1-2 TBSP) of Sobacha per teapot (adjust to taste);
  • use boiled water (100°C);
  • steep for 3-5 minutes;
  • best prepared in ceramic or glass teapots;
  • can be re-brewed up to 2 times;
  • enjoy hot or chilled over ice.

Servings: 4g per cup.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Avoid moisture and direct light.

Shelf life: 1 year unopened. After opening, consume within 6 months.
