Sobacha is a traditional Japanese herbal tea made from roasted tartary buckwheat kernels - naturally gluten-free and completely caffeine-free. Valued for its warm nutty aroma, gentle sweetness, and calming effect, it’s a perfect companion for any time of day, even late evenings.
Tartary buckwheat is especially rich in rutin - a natural antioxidant known to support circulation and reduce inflammation. Suitable for all ages, including children and the elderly.

- bright golden infusion;
- toasted aroma of nuts and oatmeal cookies;
- smooth, naturally sweet taste;
- zero bitterness, no acidity.
Brewing tips:
- add 4g (1-2 TBSP) of Sobacha per teapot (adjust to taste);
- use boiled water (100°C);
- steep for 3-5 minutes;
- best prepared in ceramic or glass teapots;
- can be re-brewed up to 2 times;
- enjoy hot or chilled over ice.
Servings: 4g per cup.
