• Wakoucha Powder | Japanese Black Tea Powder 30 g - finely ground ceremonial grade, robust yet gentle, perfect for lattes, masala tea, black tea with lemon peels, or instant brewing.
• Wakoucha Keraji | Japanese Black Tea 50 g - black tea blended with sun-dried Keraji orange peels from Kikaijima Island; bright, citrusy, and smooth.

Brewing tips: 

Wakoucha Powder

• Use warm / hot water (80°-90°C)
• Add 2g of powder per cup
• Whisk with a bamboo whisk (softened in hot water beforehand)
• Use plain or customize with citrus, honey or spices or prepare with warm milk for a smooth Wakoucha latte.
• Can be consumed throughout the day

Wakoucha & Wakoucha Keraji leaf tea

• Use hot water (90-100°C);
• Add 2-3 g tea per cup;
• Steep for up to 1 minute; longer steeping will yield a deeper, stronger brew;
• Can be re-brewed up to 2 times;
• Enjoy warm or pour over ice for a refreshing iced version.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place. 

Shelf life: 1 year unopened. After opening, consume within 6 months.
