Nami is our most approachable matcha - vivid emerald colour, creamy texture, and a naturally sweet finish with no bitterness. Stone-milled from first-harvest tencha in Shizuoka, it dissolves beautifully in water or milk. If you're new to matcha, start here. If you drink it every day, this is your cup.

Brewing tips:
- Sift 2 g matcha into a bowl (chawan);
- Add 60-70 ml warm water (70 °C)

- Use bamboo whisk (chasen) to mix in M/W motion;
- Whisk until a fine, smooth foam appears;
- Enjoy straight or with plant-based milk as a latte;
- Drink immediately after preparation.
