Matcha preparation: 1 portion recipe

INGREDIENTS:

BREWING:
  • Warm up the cup with hot water.
  • Pour 70 ml warm water to the cup and add Matcha powder.
  • Pre-soak a bamboo whisk in hot water for 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can use an electric cappuccino maker.
  • Whisk in W-motion till bubbles appear on the top and lumps disappearing.

Matcha tea is ready!
