How to Brew Matcha

INGREDIENTS:
- Matcha powder: ½ -1 teaspoon (1-2 g)
- Filtered warm water (t≈70°С): 70 ml
UTENSILS:
- Bamboo whisk Chasen
- Bamboo spoon
- Your favorite cup

BREWING:
- Warm up the cup with hot water.
- Pour 70 ml warm water to the cup and add Matcha powder.
- Pre-soak a bamboo whisk in hot water for 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can use an electric cappuccino maker.
- Whisk in W-motion till bubbles appear on the top and lumps disappearing.
Matcha tea is ready!
