ORGANIC HOJICHA
Hojicha was invented in 1920s in Kyoto, Japan and literally from Japanese means "roasted tea". During the producing process green tea leaves are pan-fried over charcoal, changing color to reddish-brown, and offering a deep roasted, wooden and slightly sweet pleasant aroma. Due to high temperatures, natural caffeine level is reduced, so you can enjoy Hojicha at any time of day.
Flavor profile: dark amber brewing color with a mild taste, natural sweet and smoky aroma of coffee, truffle and caramel notes.

- water temperature: 90-100°C hot water;
- short steeping time: less than 1 min, longer time will result in very concentrated tea;
- re-brewing: 2 times;
- drink warm or "cold-brew" with ice added.
