Japanese tea powder with a bright amber color, delicate coffee notes in aroma, smokey and wooden, unlike vegetal and fresh taste of Matcha. Low in caffeine due to high temperature roasting, it provides natural relaxation and concentration. 

Flavor profile: taste reminds coffee/cacao, without astringency and bitterness.

Brewing tips:

• Mix powder with hot water and whisk till the texture is fine.
• Depending on taste, you can add natural sweetener (carob syrup/honey etc).
• For Hojicha Latte add plant-based milk on top. 
• Tastes good both warm and cold with added ice.
